Private Policy information for Davenports:

 

If you sign up for our text or email promotions for Davenport’s restaurants, or if you make a reservation or order food online and opt-in for communication, we may collect your name, address, email address, and telephone number (depending upon what you provide to us when you sign up.)

 

We retain this information for as long as you wish to continue to receive our promotions either by text, email, or USPS.  You may unsubscribe at any time, and at that point, we will mark you as unsubscribed, but we may continue to retain your information to ensure that we no longer send any materials to you.

 

Personal/ mobile information will not be shared/ sold to third parties for promotional purposes. We do not share or disclose your information to any other person or entity, unless required to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena.
